Policies and Procedures:
We furnish all the cleaning supplies, unless the customer expresses a desire to use a specific product for a certain task then we ask that the customer provide the product.
Payment for Services: We expect payment at the time of service. We accept cash ONLY for personal cleans. For corporate accounts a company check is acceptable but due at time of service.
Cancellations: We understand that occasionally "things happen" without warning to disrupt your normal schedule. In that event, we can cancel your scheduled appointment and place you in the next available time slot. Or just cancel the appointment completely, and pick your service up on the next regularly scheduled appointment. We require at least 24 hours advance notice on a cancellation.
Refunds: Cleaning is a very personalized service and sometimes it's very difficult to quantify the end result. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on a completed cleaning service. Our policy, of course, is to do the job properly and thoroughly up front. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with some aspect of the service, please call us within 24 hours, and we will return free of charge to correct the problem. Just as an aside, to date this has never been an issue.
Extra Services: Please give us 72 hours notice on extra services that you may require as part of your normal cleaning service. This will give us sufficient time to allocate the proper time to accomplish your additional tasks without compromise.
Prepare for cleaning: If possible, it would be greatly appreciated if you can put away personal items. If we have a copy of your keys or door code, you are not required to be present at the time of service as it easier to not have to clean around our wonderful clients and their families.
Tipping: At "Housekeepers of the Ozarks" we never require or expect a tip. However if this is something you like to do we appreciate your gratitude.
